Where does my waste go?
SiteSolved only uses licensed and audited waste facilities to ensure full compliance at all times. You should always ask where your waste is going and for your copy of the waste transfer note which will have the disposal location and sites waste management license/permit details. If you are unsure, check the Environment Agency Public Register.
Waste Carriers Licence
Every waste provider has to be certified by the Environment Agency and have a valid waste carriers licence. SiteSolved’s registered number is CBDU350092 you can check all licenced waste providers on the EA website.
What paperwork is needed?
For non-hazardous waste, waste transfer documentation is required where there is a transfer between two parties – this is generally a Waste Transfer Note (WTN). Also known as a duty of care note. For hazardous waste, there must be a Hazardous Consignment Note in place for any movement between two locations.
