Similarly to probate house clearance, this can be a challenging time but in slightly different ways. We can support you with patience, discretion and professionalism. We can price your clearance in several ways.

How much does a house clearance cost? Call Us Now 02380 238281
How much a house clearance costs can differ from property to property, as usually the larger size of dwelling brings more volume and more items. At times there are items that can be donated to charity or if of interest and value, SiteSolved can discount this from the total cost of your clearance if saleable. This is of course subject to current legislations. So we advise that when possible, a site visit is usually the best way to go for both parties. Call us today and we can advise you the best way to proceed.

House clearances come about for many reasons, the most common are either moving to pastures new or downsizing. Both can be challenging and we at SiteSolved do our upmost to make sure that this goes smoothly by communicating with our customers all all times. We ensure 100% transparency from start to finish and this includes advising where your waste goes, how it will be treated and finally it’s end destination. We will always leave you with your copy of the waste transfer note to ensure your legal compliance.
Bereavement & Probate House Clearance

Hoarder House Clearance need our help call 02380 238281
Dealing with a hoarder house can be difficult and time consuming. It can be a result of many years of collecting. SiteSolved recognise that can be challenging for friends, family and the person(s) involved. We take extra care to listen to the needs of everyone and make sure that any clearances are done with patience, kindness, discretion and professionalism.
House furniture disposal
If you want to get rid of your unwanted furniture, SiteSolved can do this for you -from old sofa disposal to recliner chairs. Something to take into consideration, is the introduction of POP’s legislation in January 2023 and if you are looking to sell unwanted furniture, then other legislation may apply, such as fire regulations.
Donating to Charity
Where possible we donate to charity, good quality & wanted items such as furniture, but this has to be inline with current regulations, such as fire certification and the new *POP’s legislation.
Here are some suggestions to help save money, and reuse/recycle items:
- Speak to friends and family to see if anything can be reused by them
- Speak to charities and ask if you have anything they can make use of, or we can do this for you upon agreement
- List good quality items for sale in places such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace & Gumtree
What happens to your waste?
SiteSolved does all it can to minimise its impact on the environment and maximise its diversion from landfill. This is done by only using licensed transfer facilities that have made considerable investment in technology / plant & training. These facilities can achieve recycling figures of over 95%, but we can all do our part in reusing items when we can, either by donating to charities or friends & family.
